  • is not an insurance agency
  • is not an insurance broker
  • does not underwrite insurance
  • does not guarantee policy approval
  • does not provide insurance, financial, legal, or tax advice

Insurance products referenced through the platform are offered by third-party insurance carriers or licensed insurance producers.

All underwriting decisions, premiums, policy terms, and coverage determinations are made exclusively by those carriers.

2. Consent to Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications electronically, including through:

  • email
  • SMS or text messages
  • automated phone calls
  • notifications within the platform

You acknowledge that:

  • communications may be auto-dialed or generated using automated technology
  • standard carrier charges may apply

6. Account Registration and Security

You agree to:

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

Accounts may not be transferred or shared.

CORTIZARAHORA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

CortizarAhora does not guarantee that:

  • the Services will be uninterrupted
  • the Services will be error-free
  • platform outputs will be accurate
  • integrations will function without disruption

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORTIZARAHORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • indirect damages
  • consequential damages
  • lost profits
  • lost business opportunities
  • loss of data
  • regulatory penalties

In no event shall CortizarAhora's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Accounts suspected of unlawful activity may be suspended or reported to appropriate authorities.

15. Arbitration Agreement
